RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@brillaura.com within the specified period. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and accompanied by the IGI/GIA certificate and all original documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exception: Items made to order (engraving, custom sizing) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Directive.
CERTIFICATE AUTHENTICITY
All diamonds sold at Brill&Aura are accompanied by certificates from independent gemological laboratories — IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Each certificate verifies the stone's characteristics: carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity.
The certificate number is listed in each product description and can be verified directly on the issuing laboratory's official website. Brill&Aura guarantees that every item matches its stated specifications.
